Getting to know me.....

Welcome! I am tickled that you decided to stop by and read my musings!

I've written a lot ~ though never published.

Science projects, notes to teachers, letters to Nanny and Papaw, letters to Santa Claus and family budgets.

I've written poems and prose.

"Dear John" letters and "I'll love you forever" letters.

(I'm so ashamed)

I've written emails and snail mails.

My mama taught me to never write anything down, unless you want the whole world to see it. Hinting that the written word lasts forever.

I don't know much about that.

I do know that once it is read you can't erase the words and the effect they have on a person.

Lesson learned

(the hard way)

Starting a blog is something that I've thought about doing off and on for a little bit now. I even started another one just for the sake of writing it.

Then I realized something.

I've been blogging all my life!

(They are just little stories aren't they?)

I just haven't been publishing them either!!!

So, here goes nuttin'.
